While we didn’t think too much of Iron Fist, Marvel and Netflix still have a chance to redeem themselves with The Defenders. That is the miniseries special event superhero team-up of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist.
The release date for The Defenders’ eight episodes came in the launch of a viral video and a link to a fake news website. FAKE NEWS! But the release date is definitely not fake. Even ask Jessica Jones. Or maybe not, she might hit you.
The Defenders premieres August 18th on Netflix.
